Philippa has twenty years’ experience in the education sector as a qualified teacher, SENCo and local authority adviser. She currently works for Therapeutic Thinking Ltd as a senior consultant, where she utilises her passion for developing consistent practice to provide advice on policy, analysis and planning to meet the needs and maximise the life chances for all children and in particular those with SEND.
